Modernisation

Elevator modernisation (or lift modernisation) is the process of upgrading the critical parts of the elevator in order for it to be able to handle new technology, have better performance, improve safety, and even give the aesthetics an up-to-date appeal.

The modernisation process for Passenger elevator is generally undertaken after 15-20 years of service whereas a Freight Elevator is generally modernised after 10-15 years.

EASA specialises in upgrading and modernising elevators. Most of the time, it’s really not necessary to change the entire elevator. Modernisation is all about upgrading the machines, controllers doors, and interiors if required after due assessment of the lifts. EASA can offer to check your lifts ‘Free of Cost’ for assessment.

EASA specialises in Modernisation of Passenger, Freight and Automobile Elevators with the latest technological interface of Gearless Machines and with EASA Controllers certified by the “Lift Institut Netherlands”
